• After we read a magazine article on the Magi, each student wrote six goals based on that reading.  These will be our goals for the rest of the year, and are displayed on each student's locker.
• We will finish  the Sexuality unit that is the companion piece to the Religion series this week.  The first parent-student worksheet should be back at school by now.  The second and third worksheet will be home this week. 
• As this year draws to a close, I have told this group of students that I see potential for an outstanding 8th grade class next year!  They have been excellent in religion class discussions.
• Thank you for your support of all religion class activities.

• In the Transition book, Chapter 2 dealt with large and small numbers in scientific notation, conversion of fractions and decimals, repeating decimals, and a review of circle graphs. We finished this chapter last week.
